• You agree not to post or transmit through the LMS any material that infringes on the rights of others or is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy rights, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our LMS immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
